SARAH SILVA

Sarah Silva is an AmSAT certified teacher and a graduate of the Alexander Training Institute of Los Angeles. In addition to her private practice, Sarah teaches the Alexander Technique at UCLA, Chapman University Hall-Musco Conservatory of Music, and will be working with the National Children’s Choir for their 2017-2018 season. She regularly teaches workshops on the Alexander Technique to groups of musicians and actors of all levels in the greater Los Angeles area. Sarah also enjoys volunteering at The Better Angels Festival (a healing arts festival), and at Health Fairs in Southern California.

Sarah has experience working with various populations including children, musicians, actors, artists, film makers, yoga teachers, martial artists, and physical therapists, as well as those with anxiety, recent joint replacements, neuropathy, repetitive strain injury, and back pain.

In addition to her Alexander Technique certification, Sarah holds a Masters Degree in Music (Vocal Performance).
